Upgrade or buy a new system

Just a quick update on this.
After the advice on here, i bought a Corsair TX750 power supply and a Leadtech GTX670 GFX card and am pretty happy with the results. Definitely a significant improvement on what i had previously.
I'm still looking on to upgrading the Intel heat sink and fan for the CPU before I start overclocking it.

You can overclock it a little with the stock cooler. 3.8Ghz should be ok I'd have thought.
