Upgrade or new build

Hello all. Would appreciate some guidance. Presently running a dual core 4200 AMD S939 in conjuction with 2GB ram and a 9600GT. Got XP installed and a 160GB hard drive. Can't decide whether to fit a larger hard drive, GTX260 and Vista or go for a whole new build. Can I have your thoughts please?
Thank you. Budget isn't too much of an issue. I play games on a 22" monitor
with max res 1650x1050.

As in, you are willing to spend £1000?
Or totally no issue?

If you want a great new build, i7 X58 would be a nice way to go.
Then again, an E8500/8600 and a good mobo would be amazing if you overclock them.
