Hello!
Its come to that time where i'm looking to spend a bit of cash on my old gaming system. Iv spent a couple of hundred here and there over the years but now its really not cutting it with new games so i'm thinking its time to have a serious upgrade or rebuild.
At the moment i have:
MSI Z77A-G43 Intel Z77 (Socket 1155) DDR3 Motherboard
i5 3750k (currently with stock fan and overclocked by the mobo OCgenie II)
Geforce GTX 460 superclocked v2
2 x 4gb Corsair Vengeance low profile
Antec High Current Gamer 400W '80 Plus Bronze' Power Supply
2 x very old HDD (8 years +)
1 x very old very cramped case
So as far as an upgrade goes i was thinking i keep the mobo, cpu, possibly the ram and maybe the psu? Replace the HDD's with 1 SSD and 1 HDD, the 460 with a 1060 or should i fork out for the 1070?
Or if i'm going to need to replace the mobo and cpu in the near future anyway do i just build a whole new system?
Looking to spend around £750-£1000 more if needed, any help would be appreciated.
Thanks
