Upgrade or New Machine?

Hi all,

I have a system right now running OSX but its not as stable as I would like, plus my software use has changed so I no longer need to run OSX anymore, so a windows machine is fine.

My system right now is:

Intel Core i7-3930K 3.20GHz (Sandybridge-E) Socket LGA2011 Processor
POV-TGT GeForce GTX 670 Charged 2048MB GDDR5 PCI-Express Graphics Card
Gigabyte X79-UD5 Intel X79 (Socket 2011) DDR3 Motherboard
Patriot Intel Extreme Masters 64GB (8x8GB) DDR3 PC3-12800C9 1600MHz
Antec High Current Pro 850W Modular '80 Plus Gold' Power Supply
Corsair Hydro H100i High Performance Liquid CPU Cooler
Antec P280 Super Midi Tower Case - Gun Metal Black

My question is this, should I look to upgrade or should I build from scratch replacing it all?

I use thing machine for audio composition (huge orchestral sessions), and video editing in 4K, is multicam at times.
I know my graphics card is the major issue here, but up until not I havent been able to upgrade it due to the limitations of installing OSX on a PC.

I run 1 4K monitor, and two 1080p monitors, so the 670 is already under a lot or stress having to simply display content.

What would your suggestions be? SLI two 1080s, perhaps upgrading the CPU, or should I get a new MB and start again?

Also gaming cards are fine with me rather than FirePro etc for video as render times are generally short due to the transcoding done over night, and relatively short videos.

Thanks!
