Upgrade or new system?

I have a Pentium 3 socket 775 on a ECS P4M800PRO-M2 with 2 gig of ram im using this to run Autocad 2007, Lantek Expert II & sage account software.

At times it runs ok other time it really struggles my question is are there any up grade options or do I need a new system if so please help.

I cant use my signature system because thats my gaming system at home the other is for using at work.
Please keep the ideas coming.
