Upgrade or not Upgrade?

Hi guys, i want to upgrade a few parts for my PC, but not sure if it worth doing so, so some advice will be grateful, the parts are CPU + MB, Memory, Graphic card, Hard Drive..here is a list of what i got atm..

Intel Quad Q9650 3.00Ghz CPU
GigaByte GA X48 DQ6 MB
4GB of Corsair memory
ATI Radeon HD 4870 X2 graphic card
Samsung F1 1TB HD (i think.....)

been looking at the Intel Core i5 670 3.46Ghz Clarkdale CPU
ATI 5900 series gaphic card
DDR3 Tri channel PC3 16000+ memory
Samsung F2, F3 series HD

its worth Upgrading to those items i mention above? or you can think of better parts for me to upgrade to?

any help will be very gateful guys, Thank in advance...

i can't really see any point in upgrading what you've got atm, that's some nice kit

if you have that horrible upgrade itch and you just have to upgrade you could just buy a couple of 5850's or something

If you have a decent cooler you can overclock your quad to around 3.8Ghz on that motherboard. nothing wrong with the rest of your rig.
