Upgrade plan 500 quid

Planning to upgrade from

6400 DUO
Gigabyte 965-DS3
2GB Corsair Dominator
Corsair HX620
150GB Raptor X

To something like

2x 320GB Samsung new platter - raid 0
1TB Samsung Spinpoint
Q6600 Energy Eff
Abit Mobo of some sort? help ^
4GB 6400 Cheap? help ^
OCZ Silent PSU

Reason for PSU is Corsair is being RMA'd because it's clicking and now I don't trust Corsair. Everything else should be self explanatory for speed increase.

Yeah, you might not want to replace that Corsair with an OCZ; they have had reports of clicking too. Go for an Enermax or Seasonic instead.

Looks like I might be picking up a 8500 Wolfdale instead. Change of plan

Seems they are just as fast or faster than the quads in all the stuff that matters to me really.

What's the best Motherboard for overclocking the wolfies right now?

Also whats the best value/performance PC8500 RAM for use with this?

Probably leaning towards the 850W OCZ PSU or Seasonic equivalent now.

Already got the 320GB's on order after eventually finding them
