i have a OCZ420ADJ

Form Factor: ATX
BTX
EPS12V
AC Input: 110-240V
Max Power Rating: 420 W
Height: 3.4 in
Width: 5.9 in
Depth: 6.9 in
Limited Warranty: 5 Years (60 Months)

The OCZ PowerStream includes the PowerFlextm feature for fine-tuning the three adjustable power rails. An LED sits below each of the three adjustment dials; a green light indicates voltage is within ±5% of optimal, a yellow light indicates undervoltage, and red indicates overvoltage.

Now i dont know if it has been there all the time, never noticed it before, but i have a green light above 12v green light above 5v and a red light above 3.3v, could this be the problem?
I also left my pc on overnight, and it was fine in the morning, but as i was scrolling through web-pages it locked up again :[. going to look for the memory settings now.

I upgraded to a x1950pro AGP and an opteron 185, all cooling seems fine. no driver conflicts.
I can stress my pc using that benchmark06 program play games all day.

but when i surf and i start scrolling my mouse, like say on youtube my pc either locks up and switches my screen off into powersave somehow o r completetly restarts. its so weird, i can even leave it on overnight downloading.
any ideas? :[

I had my 3.3+ at red all the time when i had the DFI Ultra D board and my system was fine, you can always turn it down using a screw driver. So it only locks up when scrolling webpages?

ha, yeah. i just reinstalled the basic driver, looking back i remeber something messed up on the original installation of my x1950pro gfx card. so im hoping its sorted now! will keep post updated if it messes up again.

yeah, it crashed but since i had a diffrent driver installed it gave me a messed up blue screen of death rather then just turning off my monitor.
is my PSU not poweful enough to handle a A8V mobo with 2gbram opteron185 and an x1950pro?
