upgrade problem

I have started the windows 10 upgrade and it was all fine after the it might take longer than usually sign with colour changing background from light blue to dark blue. After that there was a let's start sign for a few seconds and from then I have a black screen with only the cursor. Is that normal should I wait or what should I do. Maybe reset my Pc? Pls for a quick answer
