Upgrade prospects?

I just had to reopen my pc after 16 mnths because the psu blew up. I'm having a new one sent but after opening it i have rediscovered my love of the interior of a pc! If i was going to upgrade what would be the best aspect to upgrade?

My spec:

Graphics - Nvidia OC 7800GT
Processor - AMD athlon 64 3700+ @ 2.21ghz
Memory - 2 x 512mb of geil value RAM
MoBo - ASUS A8N-E (SLi capable)
HDD - Samsung Spinpoint 80GB

I'm also definitely hoping to upgrade my case since it is shagged - cheap crap anyway, a sunbeam samurai. Any decent but sturdy cases that'd fit my mobo, and be good for transporting between my house and school which i do about 6 times a year, for under £50? Preferably in black.

Lian-Li PC7+ probably for the case, very well made but if you are moving it a lot then it might get scratched I guess.

How much do you want to spend on the upgrade? A dual core CPU might be a good starting point or perhaps more Ram although A64s aren't over keen on 4 sticks of Ram.
