Upgrade / PSU+Case question

Hi.

I'm looking to get this bundle:

Do you think a 400w Corsair PSU will be enough to power this and a 4870?

Also, would it fit into a:

http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=CA-155-CM&groupid=701&catid=7&subcat=29

I intend to upgrade other components later, but it would be nice to have this running straight away with the existing PSU/Case.
