Upgrade Q's

Hey Guys,

A few years back I bought my system from OC, I7, Asus P6T SE X58 Mobo and 6gb of Viper Patriot DDR3 PC3-12800c8 1600 mhz RAM.

The question is Im wanting to upgrade possibly to 16gb or even 24gb of ram via

2/3x http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=MY-094-KS

will this ram be OK for that MoBo?

Thanks for the response.

Running windows 7 Home 64 bit. Plan to use it to run several VM's hence the need for more ram.
