Hi all, saw there was another thread about O2 upgrading, but really didn't wanna double hijack the poor guy's thread, so here goes!
Had a contract since November '06 with a K800i, and am due an upgrade come April 22nd, I'd been looking at buying an O2 XDA Orbit from ebay for a while, but never got round to it, i'd love an iphone, but I know they'll be expensive (Not sure how much?) on upgrades?
I'd love to explore many different avanues, something like an Orbit2 looks nice, and built in GPS to save me buying a satnav for myself, but the texting on the Orbit I my friend had looked quirky at best
iphone, would let me give my gf my ipod, save her buying one, looks an amazing fun gadget to own, but no bluetooth which would have been nice
I guess i'm just wondering whats out there and worth looking at, usual phone calls, txting (mms too, which I hear you can do on the iphone with extra software?) I am liking the touchscreen idea, not too keen on the N95 from what i've seen, but touchscreen isn't essential, the Orbit II and iphone look nice, good feature, albeit totally different, and some of the LG ones aren't looking too bad either? Viewrty I believe?
Any other thoughts/ideas people?
Also April 22nd is my birthday, which I used in the past when I was offered a phone for £75 on upgrade, mentioned my brithday and got it free
(Although he might have let me anyways had I kept haggling) but i'm prepared to use any excuse I can to get it cheaper!
