I would go for the first one, and add the monitor a bit further down the line. Will be a tad cheaper then and that wil be one mighty setup in the mean time

I'd agree the first one will make the biggest difference to actual performance, you could also consider looking at Tagan Easycon PSUs as they are currently very highly thought of, they do have dual rails but you can manually select single rail performance as well.
