Upgrade Question

Hi,

i bought a £20/m 12month contract on 23rd August last year (Orange) and i was wondering at what point am i able to upgrade my phone. Will it make any difference in ringing up now and askin or do i have to wait til the 23rd?

I dont use up my free minutes and my texts will this change the options available to me?

Usually you can upgrade 2 months before your renewal date, so you are actually overdue an upgrade! They do this because if you wanted to switch networks you would have to wait until the contract expires. This way the retention rates are higher for the network.
