Looks like my his 7850 is on its way out :( if I buy a r280/290 will I be able to just plug it in and go or will I have to uninstall then reinstall the drivers? Thank you

Ok, so the PSU is probably fine and you may want to update the boards BIOS just in case it doesn't recognise the new GFX card releases.
