I'd probably suggest 1x 8800GTX in preference to 2x 800GTS if for no other reason than it is simpler and less hassle than SLi.

The Ram cooler is probably overkill unless you are seriously overclocking and even then it might not be necessary.

Noctua NH-U12F or Tuniq Tower are a couple of the best air coolers. :)

Ok, sorry to completely rip apart your original spec but do allow me to explain. As said above, it's better to go for one 8800GTX over two 8800GTS's, as you'll still only have 320MB of available RAM, never mind the other complications SLi brings. The motherboard is based on the new P35 chipset, and so will be compatible with future CPU's, such as Penryn. The RAM is highly overclockable and will easily reach 1000MHz and beyond.

thx for replys.

reason for the Quad Core is i have Dual Intel Xeon 3.06ghz (533fsb) so 2 physical and 2 logical cores (4 ;) ) so getting Q6600 would basically be like having my Dual Xeons but less hassle by being 1 cpu and slightly slower not fussed thou as higher fsb.

reason for Corsair is i ve used corsair ram in many builds and never had a chip go Dud on me YET!! ;) so wouldnt want to go to different brand and have hassle of buds.

reason for 2x 8800gts is i ve read if u overclock 1 gts its just as fast as 1 gtx, so 2 should be like having 1 gtx OC'd ? and i d like to try SLI and i like nvidia over ATi as i ve had mix of both in my life time

reason for asus striker is i LOVE asus boards never had a bud board YET!, i ve had abit, gigabyte and MSI before and had problems of things blowing or boards giving problems and its N680i and i love nvidia ;).
