Upgrade questions

i'm going to be upgrading to i7 hopefully within the next couple of weeks and wanted to ask a few questions first.

i've got myself a list of components i'll be ordering and wanted to run them past you guys first.

What i'm thinking of ordering:

obviously the V8 and Fortress are out of stock at the moment (hopefully will be back soon) but a couple of things really.

V8 Cooler - Is this the best i7 cpu cooler i could buy or what would others recomend?

CPU - it's the retail version so other than the extra two years warrenty and cooler is there any gains getting this or could i save myself £20 and get the oem OR am i being picky?

RAM - For the Asus board are G-Skill a good match. Will they run at allocated speeds etc or should i look at getting a different make?

also would people recomend adding a Zalman fan controller to this aswell

(it seems 99% of Fortress builds has one!)

from most of the builds i've seen the Delux is the board of choice.

and with the volts on the ram @ 1.65 is that safe? i thought it couldn't go above 1.6

yay i7 build is a go go go

I've ordered the last Silverstone Fortress from OCUK so now gonna do some research on what is best to buy.

I'm going with the i7 920 and Deluxe board but not sure on ram and cooler.
advice would be appreciated guys.
