upgrade recomendation

Hi folks,
Im thinking of changing my memory from the 4gb kingston hyperx i have at the moment.
8gb or 16gb cost depending
Im running an Intel I7 2700K @ 4.1Ghz
Gigabyte Z77X-UD5H motherboard

RAM has always be something that ive never been that familiar with.
I'd really appreciate it if anyone can recommend a few options for me with the above parts in mind?

I'll probably go with 8Gb but i was wondering what the best brand/model of ram i can use with the above components?
