Upgrade recommendations please.

Hi folks, it's been a while since I last upgraded my pc, I'm currently using a q6600 so I'm off what's currently out there. I don't really bother with games any more, most of my pc use would be using Photoshop CS5, general browsing and watching films etc... With that in mind maybe you could give me help with the following upgrades.

CPU
Mobo
RAM
Couple of SSD?
Windows 8.1

I was going to keep the following, maybe you could advise if it's a good idea or not.
GPU - Radeon 68xx series card
PSU - Enermax Liberty 500w (I've had this since I had an A64 3700+)
Case - Lian Li PC7 or something, cant mind exact name.
I've a Dell monitor which I'll likely upgrade in the future.

Edit: Forgot to add I've an external 1TB HDD backup drive which I plan to keep as well.

Happy to spend around £500-£600 and of course anything below this is a bonus. Help appreciated as always.

Grandson still using 600w enermax noisetaker that i bought in 2006 for a Athlon 64 X2 4800+ build
Just think psu is cheap nowerdays, better to be safe than sorry with new rig.
Was going to add new case, then your old rig can be used by someone else, or sold.
