Upgrade recommendations

Hi Guys,

Looking to splash some cash so I can play the most recent games on highest settings. Currently only on 1080 however looking to go into 1440 very soon.

I am currently running and overclocked i5-2500k @ 4.4ghz with Corsair H80, 16GB RAM and a Nvidia GTX 670. 2 x SSD's and 2 HDD's, Corsair 650w PSU

I was thinking of an upgrade to the Nvidia GTX 970 4GB as long as the i5 isn't going to bottleneck it too much!

Any thoughts?

As you say you just need a better gfx card, the overcloked i5 will be fine.

Some older boards need a bios update for new gfx cards and just check the cards lenght against your case.
