Upgrade Route

Specs:

Intel i5-2500k (Stock cooler)
MSI-MS7680
8GB RAM
GTX 560Ti
128GB SSD
2TB HDD
Fractal R3
750W PSU (I forget the brand, it's halfway decent)

My inclination is to first of all cool the CPU, then I'm leaning towards a motherboard with a bit more functionality. After that, ideally, graphics.

Any opinions?

There's not a particular budget for each. As you can see, it's mostly mid-range stuff and I'd like to just keep on with improving, as much as I can afford to.

Radeon 7950 is the graphics card you want to be looking at

Although I'm not sure about upgrading motherboard just yet as the Haswell chipset will be released soon meaning you can upgrade both CPU/Mobo. Although not sure how much you would benefit performance wise so a Z77 motherboard might be what you want to go for.
