Upgrade Soon. Is there any point in me doing so (W7/Android)?

I've currently got an HTC Desire, which I like, however I've had it for 2(?) years now. Am happy using Android.

I recently had a look at a friends W7 mobile (a Samsung Omnia I think?) and really like the speed/slickness of the interface - but it looks to me that its built purely around Facebook (albeit they are providing the interface for other social apps in the future).

Given that I use my phone for phoning and email and not much else other than occasional browsing should I just stick with my Desire on a rolling contract, or get a better Sim only deal (I only pay £20/month now so a better deal might be harder to find)?

Any W7 mobile users out there that can sell it a bit more other than being a social phone o/s?

It is very possible Mysrha, I only had 10 minutes or so to play about with it. And I do have to say I liked the interface.

From that link:
No system-wide file manager
No videocalling
Limited third-party apps availability
No Bluetooth file transfers
No USB mass storage mode
No multitasking
No copy/paste
Too dependent on Zune software for computer file management and syncing
No music player equalisers
No Flash or Silverlight support in the web browser
No sign of free Bing maps Navigation so far
No DivX/XviD video support
No internet tethering support
New ringtones available only through the Marketplace
Swapping memory card requires hard reset; cards not readable by computer

Are these all features that don't exist yet or more importantly won't exist?
