You can post any recomnendations or changes

I would go for Geil ram as it has slightly tighter CAS latency (2.5)

If you are going to do any gaming I would go for a 6200 instead.

Great budget build there. :p

Please whatever you do tell me you are not a gamer in any sense of the word? If you are get rid of the travesty that is the HIS 9250se, also why are you getting a PCI graphics card when you can get an AGP one for that motherboard or change the motherboard for a PCI-E one and get a PCI-E graphics card.

If you are getting that motherboard and that system can I recommend X-Pro PSUs the 460w costs only slightly more than the Antec and is a great PSU.

Your system will all work fine but you would be better getting a single stick of Ram rather than a matched pair since socket 754 doesn't support dual channel as such :)

I don't know about the motherbord type on that NEC maybe mATX or ATX

Well mATX will fit into the larger case types but not vice-versa so getting a motherboard with onboard graphics which will be mATX makes sense especially as you say you aren't a gamer.

You may need to check how much space you have available inside your existing case because the Arctic Freezer stands proud by a fair way it appears. Also if your case is smaller than normal you may need to consider your PSU choice more carefully as not all will fit.
