Upgrade Spec check

Current spec in my sig, looking at purchasing the following to upgrade some components with the following.
Anyproblems here. Question about the CPU cooler though, current case is a Antec 900, will it fit..If not whats the best alternative..Looking to overclock, but new to OC'ing. Thanks in advance.

sod that heatsink. get a tuniq or a thermalrigh 120 ultra extreme with a 120mm fan. Much better setup
or scyth ninja plus rv b

but yes it should fit.

i got an ip35 pro with a q6600 and a tuniq 120 in antec 900 and it all fits fine
