Upgrade spec for friend

My friend has £200 to spend on upgrading his PC. He already has a 500GB HDD and 4GB DDR2 RAM. So he needs case, CPU, PSU and mobo. He will be mainly using it for streaming to PS3 via PS3MediaServer, Internet browsing and maybe playing Football Manager when it's released.
