Upgrade - Spec Etc. Etc

Hey all, going for an upgrade soon. have already planned on getting :

Intel Core 2 DUO E6600 "LGA775 Conroe" 2.40GHz (1066FSB) - Retail (CP-128-IN)

what i need help on is what motherboard to buy to go with it, and what GFX card should i upgrade to. Also should i bother to upgrade my memory, or do i have to anyway??

I currently have:

Athlon 64(754 - Newcastle) 3200+
Artic Cooling Freezer 64 cooler
DFI Lanparty UT NF3 250Gb
Radeon 9800 Pro.
Kingston HYPER X 1GB PC3200 400MHz 2x512MB

Another question, how much would i get for what i have on say... ebay etc if i was to sell it

Thanks for the reply, will have a look at what you suggested. Anyone else whant to add anything??? Also, Graphics card. What are the mid range cards suitable for the conroe??
