Its read and write speeds are
- Read speed: 560 MB/s
- Write speed: 530 MB/s

I want to upgrade to a https://www.overclockers.co.uk/wd-b...0-solid-state-drive-wds100t3x0-hd-58f-wd.html

Max. Drive Reading Speed	5150 MB/s
Max. Drive Writing Speed	4900 MB/s

Would the m.2 nvme be faster at loading windows and shutting down, and for browsing internet with google chrome and firefox?

yes but no
if your current drive is not 100% full then upgrading to a nvme ssd will not noticeably impact performance

Yeah, I have 1 x Samsung 970 Evo drive 1TB and just set 200GB for the OS and the rest partitioned for games
