Upgrade SSD

On a spare pc I got a warning to say my HDD is running low on space and when I’ve checked it’s only 125GB SSD. Is it possible to upgrade to a larger SSD without reinstalling everything? Not sure if it’s possible but would be handy for this particular pc to not have to reinstall everything if possible.

Just a quick follow up on this for anyone who may need to do the same thing - Macrium Reflect worked a treat, 30 minutes later and Im back up and running with a new 500GB drive.
