Upgrade Suggestions?

Hey guys,
just asking for suggestions on what piece of hardware i should focus on getting upgraded? Recently upgraded my GPU to gtx 560 ti from 275.
I was thinking maybe motherboard and memory?

Was thinking of getting these:

The mobo wont do anything, apart from features, the RAM is not use ful right now
16gb is overkill for gaming
 
how about an SSD ?

is there a particular reason your looking to change the mobo, increase the memory ?

might want to check the rules for sig size, iirc your allowed 4-5 lines of text.

SSD would be good, I've pointed out a couple there. Also this heatsink is much better than what you have and is a bargain whilst on offer.

Pointless buting more RAM really, you have a black edition so overclocking is done mainly via the multiplier. Your next upgrade imho should be a mobo bundle and then you can sell off your old CPU,mobo,RAM and that Arctic heatsink so whoever buys it can overclock.
