upgrade surgestions

I've just been given a PC with the following spec and I am going to upgrade the ram any other upgrades you can suggest on a tight budget of about £100 and I am a bit of a noob when it comes to this stuff

Overclock cpu, buy a graphics card.

not sure about overclocking as I am a bit of a noob all ive ever done is upgrade ram and cd drives ect.
