CPU: amd pile driver fx8 8320 black edition
Mobo: miss 990xa-gd55 990x
Ram: teamgroup elite 8gb 2x4gb 1600mhz
PSU: corsair cx 600w modular
Gcard: vtx3d 7870 black edition 2gb
Hard drives: Kingston 120gb for OS
WD 500gb for software and games

What's the bottleneck? What can I improve?

I play games at 1920x1080 on a 32" LG TV. Only seem have settings at medium for a nice 60fps but even then it sometimes drops.....

New GPU - everything else is fine, CPU is fine, GPU is where you're falling :(

What is your budget for the upgrade?
 
Didnt really want go over £200 but could sell memory to recover cost :)

Sure psu can handle the gpu?

That PSU will be more than enough

You could also go for an R9 280 with the free Kingston 60GB SSD which you could re-sell :)
 
+1 for a new GPU .. there are a few with free extras that you could sell on :-)

Also have you put an OC on your 8320 and what CPU cooler are you using ?
 
Yeah, going look through just worried PSU is running close to limit...

Running corsair hydro h55. Nice and cheap

Case full of bitfenix fans a antec p280

Bump, Finally got round to buying a graphics card with some spare crimbo cash, soo with the PSU i have and that i dont overclock the machine, what can people suggest?

or stick with the r290?

P.S Really tight budget so need keep the cost low!
 
so guys coming pick up a new GCARD today. going for the xfx r9 380.... and another ssd drive.. still playing on my mind PSU? all okay?
