The CPU is a definite yes, so no changes there.

The Mobo ive accepted, but any suggestions would be good.

I'm still wondering about the Graphics card, definitely a 560ti, though im not sure about going ATI with a 6950, though apparently both cards are relatively close in performance, so im not sure the extra price is worth it.

(Monitor is 1680x1050 btw, which probably means 2gb is more or less pointless, bar a few games, which i will be using it for mainly)

Since hard drives have gone through the roof, ive decided to stick with my 3 year old 320gb samsung for now, but going with a SDD since ive never really had one and the drive went down in price slightly, making it better £/GB vs the 64GB one, though not sure what i would install on it besides Windows frankly, just wondering if its worth it.

The PSU i'm not sure whether 750W is overkill or not, better/cheaper suggestions would be nice. (could just save a tenner and fall back on the 650W one).

The DVD is fine, i guess.

The Fan is to blow out of the side window on a 3 year old Antec 1200 (not really wanting to replace it atm, since i would be looking at the Corsair 650D (Preferably) which is a bit expensive ) just to give an extra bit of airflow, though i was planning on it blowing outward to take some hot air away from the GPU, basically whether it would be better blowing in and/or a cheaper alternative that works just as well?

Generally £720/30 is being used (already got 8gb memory and a Gelid Tranquilo cooler for the CPU)

(Also i realise there's a 5% off offer going atm, which is why a pitched in the fan)

Anyway thanks.

Which one would you go for?

Also to the other poster, i suppose the price of the 6950 in general is putting me off and the 850W seems like overkill personally, not even sure about a 2nd card in the future.

Also preferably, im looking to order as soon as i feel fine with what i have, since frankly my other PC has been dead for a week, (pretty sure why, but i was going to upgrade anyway so i dont entirely care about it anymore...)

Well ive thought of one thing, not sure if i want to/if its worth it.

If i drop down to the 64GB SSD (use it solely for OS), it shaves off enough money to get myself a 570 (Gigabyte SOC windforce is going for £275.99) or a good 6950...

Probably didnt read the earlier thing.

Either way if i go for the Asus with its HUGE card, then SLI would be difficult anyway, probably rather just stick with single cards, though i dunno.

Its also nearly £20 more again, remember you were looking at a £190 GFX initially.

True, though that was with the fatter SDD.

Hmm, frankly ill just fall back on my original idea, then see how good next gen cards are, that way ill have a better SDD.

Made my decision, i guess.
