At the moment i have a trusty Q6600 sitting in a P5NE-SLi which to be honest ive had for years

will i see a lot of improvment with......

I may invest in a 560Ti too

my 260 is feeling the strain @1920 x 1200 on ultra settings in Rift

I don't think that Mobo is revision B3, Also you sure you want a Micro ATX?
