Upgrade time win10 > win11

Currently have the following spec:

5800X3D cpu, 32GB memory, 4070 super, Gigabyte X570 mobo, Corsair 1KW psu.

Running Windows 10 with no issues and stable at the moment, has exhibited random power loss a few months ago but a cmos reset seems to have resolved that but suspect the mobo so purchased an MSI Tomahawk B550 just incase but never installed it.

So looking to move to Windows 11 and not sure if to just upgrade now to a 9800X3D, DDR5 & X870E or to fit the MSI tomahawk and keep it running with the 5800X3D for now.

Anyone else considering upgrading due to moving to Win 11?

Your current system can still run Windows 11 so a hardware upgrade is not required.

Only upgrade if you need too otherwise stay with what you have

I've just installed Windows 11 on an old X370 K7 Board with 1800X, I just popped a TPM.2 module in I bought from Overclockers a good while ago.

Stick with 10 until it's no longer supported. Windows 11 is just awful unless modded with something like StartAllBack and even then they keep forcing unwanted "features" on us plus recall is coming soon and hardly anyone wants that massive privacy violation.
