My mums gonna pay for an upgrade for my pc (See in sig for current rig)

Right, what i've come up with for so far is the following.

CA-001-SK FSP Sparkle FX700-GLN Epsilon 700W ATX2.0 PSU (CA-001-SK)
£96.95

GX-045-CO ATI Radeon X1900 ***Crossfire Edition*** 512MB GDDR3 TV-Out/Dual DVI (PCI-Express) - Retail (GX-045-CO)
£319.95

CP-126-AM AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core 4200+ (Socket 939) - Retail (ADA4200BVBOX) (CP-126-AM)
£209.95

MB-129-AS Asus A8R-MVP Crossfire (Socket 939) PCI-Express Motherboard (MB-129-AS)
£64.95

Thoughts? Ideas? Good/bad?

Well I'm happy with my RAM ATM. I can't really see that I'll get that much of a performance increase from my current RAM to some special stuff.

Plus I don't wanna spend TOO much on it.

I choose the GFX card for future-proofness and the PSU is a good one anyway. If I'm getting a full system upgrade, I might as well go the full way.

As a side note, which is better?

MSI RD480 or Asus A8R-MVP

The MSI has gigabit LAN where as the ASUS does not. What other major differences would their be between the two?
