upgrade time!!!

well it looks like it time to upgrade my aging rig. current specs are:

q9300 @ 2.5
4gb ram
some crappy dell mobo (XPS 630)
MSI 560 TI
2x 500gb WD HDD

so for what im upgrading, CPU, Mobo, Ram

so thats my plan, can anyone recommend any better parts, and is anyone able to tell me what sort of gains i would be looking at ?

budget is around the £350 mark and will mainly be used for gaming, some editing (video and picture).

Hi, all looks good, i would go for the third mobo just because gigabyte is uk based and has great customer service and I donbt think there is much difference between that and option 1 for £50
