upgrade time

At present have asrock extreme7, i5 2500k and 3 570's. Been looking at Giga z87 oc mobo, i7 4770k and giga 780gtx.
What does one think?

Could go 7970 even 2 to save some money (Ghz versions).
How would say the http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=GX-047-KF&groupid=701&catid=1914&subcat=1750 with its 1254 boost clock compare with the 780?
