Upgrade time..

Hi folks, I've been long over due for an upgrade on the core of my system and have been out of touch to be honest.

Current spec:

AMD Athlon II X4 640 3ghz quad core processor
MSI 775 socket board (forget the full spec)
Samsung 840 EVO 120GB SSD
Seagate 2TB 7200 RPM
Corsair 750w gold modular PSU
ASUS Gtx 670 2GB
Corsair vengeance 2x4 (8GB) 1866mhz

Budget is around £300 - 400 and am mainly looking to replace the CPU/board as they are for sure starting to show there age! Any other suggestions welcome
