Upgrade Time

So I am looking to upgrade my system - very little in the way of modern games - mainly play OW2 and similar games of that age or older - still jump on for the occasional HL1/HL2 session.

Current Set Up:

Mobo: X470 Aurus ultra Gaming
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 5700 X3D
GPU: Nvidia RTX 2070
RAM: 32Gb
Bunch of SSDs

Im mainly thinking upgrading GPU, but also potentially getting a new case / psu - both are older than the GPU. Budget max is about £700.

Could consider a large 2tb nvme SSD to replace the bunch of ssds

I wouldn't want to buy less than a 5070 or 9070, if I was coming from a 2070. Though, be aware of the 5000 cards dropping 32-bit support, which can impact some old games if e.g. they use PhysX or OpenGL.

How old is the PSU exactly?

PSU is likely as old as the case so possibly 8 or 9 years old
