Upgrade to 4gb?

I was thinking of uprgrading my ram as its in the regions of £45 on OC. However the serial number on the sticker on my ram differs from the one on the OC website even though it loks like the same ram, do the serial numbers differ?

P.S. is it worth it? would I see much more of an improvement?

Erm no why? I have vista home basic uninstalled.

A 32bit operating system will only use ~3.25gb of memory.

Tho it's certainly a boost over 2gb.

Yep, might even be less with that 640mb of GFX ram and 64mb of sound ram you have.
64bit os needed.
