Upgrade to 7

I am currently running Windows Vista Business, work has provided me with a 32bit Enterprise version of 7, will i need to a re-format reinstall or can i just run an upgrade?

You can upgrade from Vista to Windows 7. XP or earlier you have to do a clean install.

I thought it was dependant on its version e.g.

Vista Business > Windows 7 Business - upgrade

Vista Business > Windows 7 Ultimate - fresh install
