upgrade to am3

well after looking at prices to upgrade 775 system for not much more i can go for a amd3 4/6 core with usb3 and sata 6 and sell my complete box

First of all I DO NOT pLay games at all

Just work with large video files.

what is the current to get on a lower budget and do any boards have onboard graphics.

looked at Gigabyte GA-880GM-UD2H but dont think it has usb3 and s6

so need mem board chip
help me out cheers
