i currently have a 7600GT and ive been looking at the bfg 8800GTS as my upgrade for £200 my 7600 is a bfg and have had no problems at all, am i right that bfg has a good waranty on these cards as well?

i have a crosair 520 psu as well yet on the description it has 450w needed or something like that, im running 3 hard drives as well im sure it will be fine but just to check should be fine right?

BFG do have , arguably, the best warranty.
Your PSU should be fine.
The 8800GTS is a good card but such might be a little overkill unless your intending to game at 1900x1200 or above .

only reason im going with the gts is price for £200 it beats all the top end GT cards which are also priced around £200

i dont intend of gaming at that resolution, i may do thou as i have a 40" hdtv but my pc screen is only a 19" i may upgrade in the future.

you got another recommendation, using that exact card, great card haven't had problem with it, now just for some decent drivers from NVIDIA, and don't worry about resolution, you can never have too much GPU power :D especially with crysis bringing everything to its knees

Good to hear this card is good, taking in mind this card was like £40 more a few weeks ago.

Yea about drivers like im not up to scratch with drivers and crysis, like when ever i see i can update my graphics driver i will.

I always thought it was just nvidia which released em, im not wrong in thinking there are other drivers which maybe better?

i use omega drivers at the moment, there tweaked NVIDIA drivers i believe, and difference between them and official drivers is negligable, supposed to be new drivers out soon 171s, but still non for vista x64 :(

yea im on 32bit atm, i aint gone to 64bit as i plan to play cod4 online and ive herd that punkbuster is not supported? tell me if im wrong some idiot probs said it and i believed it, i cant believe activision would allow for this.

Also regarding AA and all that stuff will i be able to use 2x or 4x on crysis if i game at a low resolution, not stupid low but you know what i mean.

oh good so i can upgrade to a 64bit now, well if there are no good driver for the graphics card front i might just hold off
