upgrade to pc2-8500

I am going to buy p45 board to overclock quadcore q9300. just wonder what ram has best overclocking capabilities? any models and brands you would recommend? bet http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=MY-039-KS&tool=3 is a good one. but it's a bit too much for me. im after second-hand stuff.
need probably pc2-8500 and 4gb.

I can't get your link to work but if it was for the Kingston HyperX 4GB (2x2GB) DDR2 PC2-8500C5 1066MHz Dual Channel then yes it's quality memory for a P45 setup with the intention of clocking.

It was used a lot in p43/p45 boards across the forums - so should be quite easy to get second hand you may also want to consider the Corsair equivalent, XMS2, as this was equally as capable/popular and should also appear 2nd hand.

what about ocz memory? cause I saw some at good price on online auctions website.

Again, OCZ (Gold series for example) would be fine.
