Upgrade to quad core?

Ok, I have an E6600 as stated in my sig, and asus have updated the bios on the board (a while ago actually) so that it now accepts Quad core processors. Money being what it is, I can't afford a new build, but could possibly stretch to a new processor. The question is, would it be worth it?

Debatable, what problems do you have with the current CPU -as in, how is it limiting you?

personaly if anything i would upgrade your graphics either to something less power hungry or something that means u can up the eyecandy

these days it GPU over CPU upgrades there are the most impacting
