Upgrade to ???

Hi all, been away from the hardware for so long I no longer have any clue which way to go with a new graphics card. My current spec is...

NF4 Lanparty
X800XT pcie
1 gig
3700+

I'm not looking for the best or fastest particulary, cost is more of a factor.

I know the rig is old but it does all I need and is reliable. I'm building a similar rig for my daughter and need a card, so I thought I'd throw mine in that rig and get myself another card for mine.

So, I don't need the latest gear, mainly play older games like Day of Defeat and Trackmania, so just something cheapy that will give me an upgrade would be fine.

Any shouts greatly appreciated.

For that price range i'd say 9600 GT or the cheapest 8800 GT

or 8800GT range 2nd hand

both will be a very good upgrade
