Right guys going to buy 4k Monitor for gaming ! What one should I buy and also what PSU - I currently have 750W

Also do I need windows 8 ?

Going to purchase another MSI 290x lightning today , should last me a good 3 years or so i hope.

The Samsung 4k unit has had fantastic things said about it, I'd go with that personally, but others may give you alternatives.

As for a PSU, you should be OK with your 750w running 2x290x but if you do want to change it, Superflower would be a solid choice, but you've also got Antec, NZXT, Seasonic, BeQuiet and others.

I went for the Asus PB287Q 28" 4K 60Hz as its got better reviews around the internet + I have ASUS 27" 1440p IPS so will match up with it on my desk.

I'm looking at the Samsung 4k as per my other thread, but I can offer just a little help on your PSU.

I have 2 MSI Gaming 290x's and used to run a 750w Corsair, while it would happily run my system there wasnt much headroom, I would get odd crashes or random power downs, not very oftern but they where there. Plus the noise increased a lot from the PSU.
I upgraded to a Corsair 850w and all is good now.

Windows 8.1 would be better, quite a few games benifit from extra FPS such as BF4 for example. I always loved W7 but made the upgrade myself, now you can boot to desktop and have a start button (features of 8.1) it's on par with W7 imo.
