My spec is in my sig and its been a good few years since the last upgrade with nothing added apart from a extra SSD for games and one for the OS with storage taken up on the normal drives.
Currently i play elite and it runs Great on a my HansG 27" at 1920x1200. However with the rift seemingly around the corner and the appeal of a super widescreen 32" for my other gaming needs is it worthwhile upgrading anything.
To cap all of that windows 10 is coming and along with that DX12 seemingly my reading up of that is basically saying current crop of video cards will be fine but some features will be unavailable.
This all points to me of waiting till win 10 and maybe buy a monitor and see how the twin 580`s cope.
Last question is my current CPU still valid, it seems to cope really well tbh but again a couple of years old and i am way out of the loop on hardware in general again.
