I'm feeling the upgrade itch again to get some better performance out of my system. Specs are as follows:

Intel i5 2500K @ 4ghz
8GB DDR3 RAM @ 12800MHz
OCZ Vertex 2 120GB SSD (for OS)
WD 2TB / 1TB / 500 GD HDD's @ 7200RPM
Nvidia GTX 670 SLI @ 4GB
Corsair HX-750 PSU
Corsair Obsidian 550D

Where would you guys look to upgrade first?

How much money have you got for this? You could go massively overboard or just a few tweaks.

RAM @ 12800mhz? Do you mean PC3-12800, which means 1600mhz?

For free perofrmance id overclock you CPU more and your GPU's (if heat allows).. I overclocked my GPU (GTX 670) and FPS went up around 10%-15%..

Ill go into my thoughts for upgrades once i know the budget. :)

You could have a look on the members market for an SB/IB I7 to replace your chip as games like BF4 are using the mutithredding more now.

Short of that does your board support Tri SLI?

Thanks for the replies.

Sorry that's what I meant Doomedspeed, 1600mhz ram. At the moment I'm thinking of getting another 8gb of RAM as I'm starting to feel these new games could benefit from it. I switched from an Akasa Venom Viper to a Corsair H60 cooler today and my idle/full load temps have dropped almost 12c so I think that will give me some headway to perhaps OC to 4.4 or so which should be a bit of a boost. I haven't considered overclocking the GPU's because honestly speaking I never thought I'd have the need to with the current games, or would I see a big difference?

Budget I'd say £200 or so for now.

I think you've answered your own question.

Bit more overclocking on CPU and maybe GPUs and the 16GB ram upgrade is the best you can do without spending a lot more.

The i7 upgrade is an option, but only worth doing if you plan on using games/apps that can use hyperthreading. You maybe better off saving the money when you want to do the full CPU/mobo refresh for a bigger performance increase.
